The G.C.E. ordinary level examination commenced at examination centers in Kilinochchi and Mullathivu areas on Monday (December 8). Around 3500 candidates are sitting for the examination in 23 centers in Kilinochchi.
Security forces have given facilities to increase the level of the Education in Jaffna. Security forces have also taken measures to assist the students by minimizing the duration of power cut, providing transport facilities, free foods and stationeries etc. who are sitting for the examination.
Armed forces and Police have tightened the security for the examination centers as well as the places where the question papers stored.
