Eighteen more Tamil civilians from Mullaittivu un-cleared areas have reached at army troops at Palampai in Welioya area sought protection with security forces.
The group of Tamil escapees consisting of 12 males and 6 females has later been directed to the welfare centers established after providing them with foods medical treatment and other necessities.
Earlier, during the morning hours toady, another group of Tamil civilians reached to the same place seeking security forces protection.
