Troops while conducting a search operation in general area Manthhuvil, Jaffna have uncovered a cache of military hardware including 10kgs of C-4 high explosives on Tuesday (Dec 9) evening.
According to Jaffna security sources, the items were found hidden in a shrub land patch at Manthuvil.
Following items were found in the search operation.
