Solider received injuries in a shooting incident reported in the Kalavanchikudi police division yesterday (Dec7). According to the defense sources, a group suspected to be LTTE had carried out the shooting at the army road block at Ondachchimadam.
The soldier was admitted in Kalavanchikudy hospital and later he was transfer to the Ampara hospital for further treatments.
